California “Governor to be” Gavin Newsom: A Soros Groom

A Democrat, Gavin Newsom is slated to win as California’s new Governor this coming November.  He’s backed by the Clintons, George Soros, Peter Thiel, numerous members of the Getty family, the Pritzker family, as well as a massive amount of money that is defined as ‘uncoded’.   To date, he has raised more than $26.4 million.   By comparison, his Republican competitor, John Cox, has raised $5.6 million with $4.3 million coming from his own funds. The outcome of the election has obviously been “pre-determined”.

His father was a state appeals judge in California and administrator for the Getty Family Trust.  Gordon Getty funded Newsom’s wine venture, Plumpjack Associates, which earned him millions over the course of its venture growth for the past 25+ years.   Newsom’s aunt was married to Nancy Pelosi’s brother-in-law.

His first venture into politics was as a volunteer for Willie Brown’s campaign in 1995 which included Newsom hosting a ‘private fundraiser’.  Tit-for-tat, Brown appointed him to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.  It is worthy of note that at the time Brown was dating Kamala Harris, while he was married, who is now being groomed for US President.

And the circle is complete.

Newsom has been groomed, he is attractive, married for the second time to Hollywood society page, Jennifer Siebel, who has been endorsed as an actress by the likes of Oprah, Gloria Steinem, Nancy Pelosi, and Katie Couric.   She launched her own organization, The Representation Project, which advocates ending ‘gender stereotypes’.   She formerly was a registered “Republican”.

California is on the initiative to become three states.   The Bill that will be put forth as part of the November election, states that the Governor of California (Gavin Newsom) will be tasked with determining how the divide will occur. Currently, the three state division is Northern California, Southern California and California.   The initiative would create 4 additional US Senate members, which would benefit Democrats.   Northern California and California would be decidedly Democrat – Southern California would be a grab bag as it includes Riverside and Orange County.

The 3 state divide was proposed by Tim Draper, whose entrepreneurship includes investments in Skype, Hotmail, Theranos, Tesla (which Soros is manipulating as we speak), Cryptocurrency and Draper University which teaches a course on ‘how to be an entrepreneur’, is anything but shy.

But polls indicate the populace of California is opposed to a split.   And this is just another swank attack.

So what, oh, what could be the adoration for electing Newsom as California’s Governor?   His swank is what the left has routinely used to cull voters.  Suave.  And yet admittedly challenged. Newsom claims to have suffered from severe dyslexia which impaired his ability to read, write and work with numbers. All pre-requisites for a businessman… or politician.  Odd?

Of course, no one could possibly challenge these short-comings as that would be considered vile, and certainly ‘not politically correct’, despite the impact on his ability to perform…

So we can assume this Trudeau/Macron groom is being harvested to be our Presidential candidate in 2020 or 2024 given he fits the criteria – ‘able to be completely controlled and manipulated’, ‘ appearance of a Hollywood persona’, and well connected within the Swamp.

The only interesting potential demise of Newsom could be his first wife, Kimberly Guilfoyle, a Republican who has appeared on O’Reilly, Hannity, Judge Jeanine and Fox and Friends.  As of 2018, she has been rumored to be dating Donald Trump, Jr.

“Okay, here’s the bombshell. The recent volcanic eruption in Iceland. Since its first spewing of volcanic ash has, in just FOUR DAYS, NEGATED EVERY SINGLE EFFORT you have made in the past five years to control CO2 emissions on our planet.

Of course, you know about this evil carbon dioxide that we are trying to suppress – it’s that vital chemical compound that every plant requires to live and grow and to synthesize into oxygen for us humans and all animal life.

I know….it’s very disheartening to realize that all of the carbon emission savings you have accomplished while suffering the inconvenience and expense of driving Prius hybrids and Teslas, buying fabric grocery bags, throwing out all of your non-green cleaning supplies, using only two squares of toilet paper, putting a brick in your toilet tank reservoir, selling your SUV and speedboat, vacationing at home instead of abroad, nearly getting hit every day on your bicycle. 

The volcanic ash emitted into the Earth’s atmosphere in just four days – yes, FOUR DAYS – by that volcano in Indonesia has totally erased every single effort you have made to reduce the evil beast, carbon. And there are around 150 active volcanoes on the planet spewing out this crud at any one time, EVERY DAY – TWENTY FOUR HOURS A DAY – FOR MONTHS.

I don’t really want to rain on your parade too much, but I should mention that when the volcano Mt. Pinatubo erupted in the Philippines in 1991, it spewed out more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere than the entire human race had emitted in all its years on earth. Yes, folks, Mt. Pinatubo was active for over one year – think about it!!

Of course, I shouldn’t spoil this ‘touchy-feely tree-hugging’ moment and mention the effect of solar and cosmic activity and the well-recognized 800-year global heating and cooling cycle, which keeps happening despite our completely insignificant efforts to affect climate change.

Hey, isn’t it interesting how they don’t mention ‘Global Warming’ anymore, but just ‘Climate Change’ – you know why? It’s because the planet has COOLED by 0.7 degrees in the past few years and these global warming bullshit artists got caught with their pants down.

And, just keep in mind that you might yet have an Emissions Trading Scheme – that whopping new tax – imposed on you that will achieve absolutely nothing except make you poorer. It won’t stop any volcanoes from erupting, that’s for sure.

Gavin Newsom Demands Special Legislative Session on Gas Prices

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D), presiding over the highest gas prices in the state’s history as he takes steps to put the retail gas industry out of business, called Friday for a special legislative session in December to deal with the issue of soaring gas prices.

Newsom, facing reelection, announced last year that he would end permits for fracking in California by 2024, and that he would attempt to end oil and gas extraction in the state by 2045. Before that, in September 2020 — weeks after a statewide power shortage led to rolling blackouts because of the weakness of solar and wind energy — he announced plans to ban the sale of gas-powered cars in California, despite evidence that doing so would wipe out tens of thousands of jobs, including at mom-and-pop retail gas stations.

Last month, Newsom signed 40 “climate change” bills at once, many of which impose new regulations on the oil and gas industry, and mandate that the move to 90% renewable energy by 2035, from one-third today — while phasing out nuclear and natural gas.

And yet he is determined to find the culprit for high gas prices, pointing fingers at the oil and gas industry and demanding that the legislature pass a windfall tax on oil and gas companies, accusing them of profiteering from the ongoing surge in fuel prices.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported:

“It’s time to get serious,” [Newsom] told reporters during a press conference in Sacramento. “Nothing justifies these outrageous and unjustifiable prices. They’re fleecing you for billions and billions of dollars.”

Newsom said he will call the special session on Dec. 5, the same day that new lawmakers are expected to be sworn into office after the Nov. 8 election. He said state leaders have, for too long, been timid in confronting big oil about price gouging.

Californians are paying about $2.60 more per gallon for gasoline than the nationwide average. Statewide, prices hovered around $6.39 a gallon on Friday, and diesel prices were at $6.41 per gallon, according to AAA. In San Francisco, gas prices were $6.59 per gallon on average and diesel was $6.54 per gallon.

This month, Newsom’s administration will begin sending “inflation relief checks” to many residents, which Newsom proposed earlier this year as a way of helping residents afford high gas prices, though economists warned the checks would make inflation worse.

The Los Angeles Times noted on Friday that state policymakers have failed to deal with the factors that contribute to high gas prices in the state, despite decades of special committees to study the issue and make recommendations, reaching back to the 1990s.

To say such things, Newsom is either profoundly stupid or spectacularly dishonest. Most likely both. – The Liberator

Those who want to believe in the end of the world will assert that the NWO will succeed. Those who want to believe in the opposite will do so all on their own. What they fail to grasp here is the forecast is not based on my personal opinion or beliefs. They are irrelevant. That said, even when Marxism was the rallying cry back in 1917, it did not merely take control passively. Over 200 million died in civil wars trying to stop communism in both Russia and in China. Anyone who thinks that this NWO will simply seize control of everything in the middle of the night peacefully neither understand history, nor human nature. There is no way this NWO will simply seize control of the entire world.

This very proxy war using Ukraine as the spearhead to overthrow Russia is part of this agenda. These people are counting on Putin being overthrown, Russia being defeated, and it will simply collapse and being taken over by the West. It is the very same theory of the Neocons about the Middle East to overthrow the dictators and the people will cheer and hand them some sort of ticker-tape parade as if they were liberated from a foreign invader like Hitler when they are the foreign invader. That too is a deranged self-delusional theory that they just want to believe.

They have demonized Putin and that is part of the strategy. The downside is that the average person then applies that to all Russians as we are seeing in many places. Even on eBay, there are people who want all Russians banned. Go to many bars and you will see that any Russian vodka has been withdrawn. The hatred against all Russians is reaching a serious level in society. Even the  Czech Republic has ordered the seizure of all assets belonging to any Russian whatsoever. Ukraine long considered the most corrupt government in Europe if not the world, has been confiscating the assets of any Russian as well. They had PayPal seizing money from people for spreading “misinformation” about COVID.

This idea of a NWO will fail. The status quo is collapsing and we will be entering civil chaos next year and eventually World War III. This is not going to be a mere walk in the park. We are looking at another Sovereign Debt default just as took place in 1840 and then 1931. For those who do not know their history, the US paid off all its debt in 1834. Andrew Jackson’s Bank War to destroy the Bank of the United States led to private banks issuing their own money.

That led to what collectors call the Broken Banknote period following the Panic of 1837. That led to Sovereign Debt defaults at the State level. The US austerity at the federal level contributed to the subsequent Civil War thanks to Jackson’s war on the banks. This merely exasperated the regional tensions between North & South where the position against slavery in the North predicated on religious beliefs was actually undermining the economy of the South that then manifested into the age-old battle between federalism and state’s rights. That continues to this day for other reasons that were heightened by COVID.

If you just look at Britain and Liz Truss’s approach to this economic crisis, the new British government has become a symbol of a global political crisis. These fools have created shortages with COVID and then they have been cheering Ukraine on to try to cause the collapse of Russia without a second thought about what would the world economy be like even if that happened. We have people at the helm of governments who are incompetent and believe only what the teleprompters tell them to believe. Anyone who thinks this NWO will simply slip into place without a fuss is simply delusional. There is going to be sheer chaos on the street next year. Biden’s administration is ONLY concerned about ending fossil fuels. They want a total ban on all offshore drilling.  They have no plan to even provide an alternative when it would take at least a 400% increase in the power grid just for electric cars. Then there are heating homes in the winter nobody seems to think about.

As I have said, if Putin was really trying to conquer Ukraine, the first thing you do is take out the power grid. That will be even more devastating if everything is electric.

“A Failure on All Our Parts.” Thousands of Immigrant Children Wait in Government Shelters.

A system intended to protect young immigrants while they wait for new homes has instead been overused, experts say, leading to prolonged stays in federal custody.

The public has largely stopped paying attention to what’s happening inside shelters and other facilities that house immigrant children since President Donald Trump left office, and particularly since the end of his administration’s zero tolerance policy, which separated families at the southern border.

But the shelter system remains in place under President Joe Biden. The numbers can fluctuate but, as of earlier this week, more than 9,000 unaccompanied immigrant children were in custody, according to data from the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement, which oversees the privately run shelters.

The vast majority are children and teens from Central America who entered the country through the U.S.-Mexico border without a parent or legal guardian. The shelter system is designed to house these children temporarily — the average length of stay is about a month — until they can be placed with a relative or family friend or, in some cases, in foster care.

Last fall, ProPublica reported on one Chicago shelter’s failure to meet the language and mental health needs of dozens of traumatized Afghan children and teens who’d been brought to the country without family by the U.S. during its widely criticized military pullout from Afghanistan. Many of them had no one who could take them in; some tried to kill themselves, harmed others or ran away.

Months later, we saw those problems repeat themselves as the youths were transferred to other facilities. Office of Refugee Resettlement officials have said they’re doing their best to support the Afghan children by providing interpreters, mental health services and additional staffing. As of this week, some 84 unaccompanied Afghan minors remain in ORR custody, federal officials said. Some have been in custody for a year.

Another issue we’ve come across in our reporting is ORR’s system of “significant incident reports.” Shelter staff are required to report to ORR any “significant incidents” that affect children’s health, well-being or safety.

The system is intended to elevate serious concerns and protect children, but over the years, dozens of shelter staffers, advocates and children have told ProPublica that it has been overused and negatively affects children. For example, Afghan youth have expressed “extreme distress around how SIRs will be used against them,” said Neha Desai, senior director of immigration for the National Center for Youth Law, which is authorized to interview children in U.S. immigration custody.

“They’ve asked whether these reports will impact if or when their parents are evacuated” from Afghanistan, Desai said in an email. Some children “have been told by staff that SIRs will delay their release from custody.”

Last month, two prominent immigrant rights organizations that work with children in ORR custody issued a report calling for an overhaul of the incident reporting system. The report, “Punishing trauma: Incident Reporting and Immigrant Children in Government Custody,” is based on surveys last year of staff at ORR facilities and of attorneys and social workers who work with unaccompanied children.

An ORR official did not respond to the report’s specific findings. But, in a statement, the official said significant incident reports are primarily meant as internal records to document and communicate incidents for the agency’s awareness and follow-up. Last year, ORR revised its policies to limit the sharing and misuse of confidential and mental health information contained in SIRs. (For example, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was previously using notes taken during therapy sessions inside shelters against children in immigation court, The Washington Post reported.)

“ORR continues to clarify through technical assistance to care providers and ongoing policy development that SIRs should never be used by care provider staff as a form of discipline or punishment of the child,” the ORR official said.

I spoke with the primary authors of the report that calls for the overhaul of the incident reporting system. Jane Liu is senior litigation attorney for the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, and Azadeh Erfani is a senior policy analyst at the National Immigrant Justice Center. We discussed how significant incident reports are used inside shelters and the authors’ ideas for reform.

This is a condensed, edited version of that conversation.

What would you say are the biggest challenges that kids face when they’re inside ORR facilities?

Jane Liu: Children do best in a family-based setting, but the large majority of the children in government custody are in large congregate care settings, where they often face a lot of restrictions on their movement, monitoring and supervision. They’ve also likely just navigated a very difficult migration journey that may have included exposure to violence and traumatic experiences. They may have suffered traumatic experiences in their home country. They may have been separated from their families at the border. Then they go into custody and they’re navigating this completely unfamiliar environment in a large-scale setting where they often aren’t receiving the individualized care that they need. They may also be facing language barriers. And so it’s extremely stressful for them and disorienting.

What prompted you to look into significant incident reports, or SIRs?

Azadeh Erfani: They have been on both of our radars for some time now. They are a really central facet for children’s legal cases. A child’s placement level — where they end up within the security hierarchy of ORR — is greatly impacted by the number and the type of SIRs that they have.

On a personal level, I’ve represented kids with dozens of SIRs. I’ve seen up close how they really have widespread impact for kids who end up being branded as “problem children” and basically are stuck in the system with very little recourse.

What kinds of behavior can lead to a child accumulating these reports?

Erfani: It could be sharing food. It could be getting up and going to the bathroom at the wrong time. It can also be a child acting out, testing boundaries. It could be a child simply disclosing something about their past. If they disclose that they’ve survived trafficking, abuse or neglect, or have been preyed upon by gangs in their home country, those kinds of things can trigger an SIR. So the scope is really broad, which really leads to overreporting.

What are the consequences for children who accumulate SIRs?

Erfani: ICE has the authority to review every single child’s case when they are about to turn 18. They make a decision to either take them into adult custody or release them on their own recognizance. At that juncture, SIRs play a pivotal role.

We’ve also seen SIRs getting used in immigration court or in asylum interviews to basically put the child on the spot to defend something that was written up about them that they may not even have known was written up.

I’ve heard over and over from people who work in the system that the accumulation of SIRs makes it harder for kids to leave shelters, even if there is an available sponsor. Can you talk about how that happens?

Liu: It can create all sorts of barriers to release. It can lead to children getting “stepped up” [to more secure, restrictive facilities] and then it’s harder to step back down. Often a long-term foster care provider won’t accept a child unless they’ve had a period without behavioral SIRs. But even if a child has a potential sponsor, we’ve seen it lead to requirements for home studies where ORR will say that “These SIRs indicate that the child may have a need, and we need to investigate whether the sponsor can fill that need.” Ultimately, what that means is that it delays the release of the child to a family member.

In our reporting on unaccompanied Afghan kids in ORR custody, I was surprised to see how often shelter staff called police to deal with behavioral issues. How common is police intervention at shelters?

Liu: It’s a much bigger problem than the public may be aware of. Often those children are not getting the services that they need, such as mental health support. And by that I mean holistic services tailored to the unique experiences of each child. They’re also usually facing prolonged periods of custody, so they’re also experiencing detention fatigue. And it’s not surprising that they can act out and that there can be these sorts of behavioral challenges. But what is extremely troubling is that when these behaviors are documented in SIRs, they can sometimes prompt ORR facilities to report the incident to police, leading to unnecessary interactions for children with law enforcement and even arrests.

What should shelters be doing?

Erfani: One of our recommendations to ORR is to actually train staff in crisis prevention. For the most part, there’s a very passive approach to incidents. There’s not a lot of scrutiny with respect to how to prevent these crises from erupting in the first place.

SIRs very much lack the context of the child. Being in a congregate setting indefinitely can be incredibly, incredibly aggravating. And of course, they are bringing tons of trauma because of their backgrounds. So oftentimes these triggers, this background, if they receive bad news from the home country, those kinds of things are absent from the SIR and make it look like this child is incredibly erratic. That’s also really alarming from a trauma-informed perspective.

This makes me think about the dozens of Afghan children who remain in federal custody. Can you talk about what role SIRs have played in these kids’ experiences inside the shelters?

Erfani: The Afghan kids walked into a really terribly broken system right after escaping a war zone. The fact that they may not have had a sponsor lined up meant that they had to spend more time in custody. And every day they kept seeing kids leaving while they had to stay. That’s heartbreaking. Then you pile on the language barriers, the cultural competency barriers. A lot of their behavior is a manifestation of trauma that staff isn’t equipped to understand. And it was much easier to write up reports, or call law enforcement, than it was to try to put the system on trial itself, to see what’s really missing within the facility and address those needs on a systemic level.

Inadequate staffing and turnover at shelters seems to be a chronic problem. How do you see that playing into the SIRs?

Erfani: I think it’s really hard on staff. The SIR system is incredibly time-consuming. They have to dedicate tons and tons of resources into it. The rules are really intricate. When there’s turnover, for the new staff a compliance mindset can settle in, where it becomes less about that child’s needs, less about these child welfare principles, and instead about, “Well, I should probably be writing this report.”

Liu: It’s really critical that the government provides more support for facility staff, whether it be ongoing training or more funding for more staff with expertise in child welfare, mental health and the needs of immigrant children. I think it’s really up to the government to understand that children’s time in custody can be very difficult for them and figure out ways to prevent situations from escalating and being extremely harmful for children.

Have you shared your concerns or this report with ORR, and if so have you gotten any response yet?

Liu: We have shared the report with the government. It is not a new revelation to ORR that this is something of huge concern for those of us who advocate for children. We have been raising concerns about SIRs in particular with greater frequency in the last couple of years.

Erfani: We strongly believe that nothing short of a complete transformation of incident reporting is going to meet their duty to these children.

It really feels like issues affecting immigrant kids in ORR custody have just fallen off the radar since Trump left office. How do you get people to pay attention?

Erfani: That’s a tough one. We’re just trying to really put this problem on the map and then try to address it. And it’s not a Republican problem. It’s not a Democrat problem. It’s really something that’s in the system.

Liu: We know incident reporting is not a sexy topic. It’s not something flashy. It doesn’t involve Gov. Greg Abbott or Gov. Ron DeSantis. And so it’s hard to get people to see the urgency. But I think it sort of goes to the whole family separation thing. When that occurred, I think people could understand the humanity involved. That children are not being treated as children, and children are being traumatized by government actions.

I think a lot of people think of their own children. How would they want their own children to be treated? If your child was acting out or talking back to you, would you want a report written up and for that report to be used against your child for all sorts of purposes? The reality is that immigrant kids, particularly those in custody, are not treated like other kids. And that should be a concern to all of us. That’s a failure on all our parts.

These children either came here of their own free will or at the behest of profoundly irresponsible parents who used them in hopes of gaining entry into the US for themselves. And yet you blame me and my family and all other American citizens for merely being citizens of this great country and not doing all we can to assist them! And yet, if we do as you wish, America will become a country which will no longer exist in its current form if we allow people like you to get everything you want.

Millions upon millions of illegal immigrants will flood our borders – just as is happening now under the Moron in Chef Joe Biden – and we will become just like the countries these children and other illegals come from. We will be a poor, third world country with no ability to care for our citizens.

You can’t even see past your tear-filed eyes because you believe in the concept of “We’re all in this together”, which leads only to shared poverty. These people, and their children, need to rise up against their oppressive, corrupt governments and take their country back from them as America did over 200 years ago.

We owe these people nothing and they need to be returned to their country of origin.

UK Mother-of-Five Arrested For “Offensive” Online Posts

A mother of five in the UK is making headlines after police arrested her in front of her children and apparently seized her computer following alleged ‘offensive’ online posts concerning transgender issues.

The Daily Mail reports the claims of ‘Catholic feminist campaigner’ Caroline Farrow who says she was detained for the alleged posts and memes shared on the online forum KiwiFarms.

Farrow, who has had previous run ins with the Surrey police over the same issue, says that officers forced their way into her house and took away all her devices, including an iPad she uses to homeschool her children.

The Face of the Swamp

Rep. Liz Cheney urged voters to reject Arizona’s Republican nominees for governor and secretary of state in next month’s midterm election, casting them as existential threats to U.S. democracy.

“If you care about democracy and you care about the survival of our republic, then you need to understand — we all have to understand — that we cannot give people power who have told us that they will not honor elections,” Cheney, R-Wyo., said Wednesday night at an event at Arizona State University.

Yes, Liz, the election was stolen, and you know it. You – and the rest of the swamp – hate Donald Trump. It’s as simple as that. And you hate him because he ended your and the swamp’s really cool gig that made all of you millions and gave you immense power for decades. P.S.
