Look, I’m all for exposing Biden’s corruption, but is this document actually real? Why would an official Ukrainian legal document be written in English? Also, it looks like a 7th grader’s word document.
It is not a legal document, it is a petition to the prosecutor to ask a number of questions during a pre-trial, and it does provide nothing but questions. Some questions might be accusing, but they do not provide the slightest bit of evidence against anyone. It has been provided in english, so that people who do not care to spend time into reading it, would just take home the headline and claims by the blog author in their mind. It works mainly for people who read such articles with a strong bias and do not actually care on its true content, they remember to have seen the “evidence” and carry the word.
I just had a closer look at the scans you provided. There is no hint of any proof, this is a petition to open a pre-trial investigation and providing a number of questions. Shokin was not fired for investigations into Burisma, but for the lack of such investigation, because he was deeply involved in corruption himself. Biden forced the Ukraine to open investigation into Burisma, while his sone was working there. I would be cautious if a known corrupt character is coming up with such stuff right in front of an election.

Dude, I actually watched that video, and it kind of says the opposite of what you are claiming. Biden was following official US politics to force Ukraine to fire Shokin. Because Shokin was not doing his job in investigating corruption. Biden actually caused him to be replaced with one who then actually investigated Burisma, while his son was still working there. If Burisma would have paid the Bidens, this would be the opposite of the expected result, wouldn’t it?

Also, there is a completed investigation by Shokin and by the Latvian government proving without doubt that US aid was sent to NGOs who then wrote checks as loans to another company and then they wrote checks to Hunter Biden and Devin Archer. The video you shared is unavaiable but I am quite sure I know the clip you are pointing to it. In this clip he is bragging about getting the prosecutor fired yes – but he does not in any way mention that he was doing this because of his son (go back and prove me wrong). What this clip is not mentioning – and where you do not know or present the correct context – is, that it was the US presidents decision to force the prosecutor to be fired, because they were corrupt and NOT investigating in companies like Burisma.

Biden explained why the payments were withheld in the video. Ukraines prosecutor was the corrupt one, who resisted to investigate corruption. That is why money was withheld, and it was not an illegal move.
