Facebook Spied on Messages of Conservatives Questioning 2020 Election, Sent Them to FBI

Lucas Nolan, Breitbart

A recent report claims that Facebook has been spying on the private messages of American users and reporting them to the FBI if they express anti-government sentiments or question the 2020 election.

The New York Post reports that Facebook has been spying on the private messages and data of American users. The company has reportedly been informing the FBI of users that express anti-government or anti-authority sentiments. Sources within the DOJ allege that the company also reported users that questioned the validity of the 2020 election.

As part of an FBI collaboration operation, an employee at Facebook red-flagged private messages containing such sentiments over the past 19 months, transmitting redacted versions to the domestic terrorism operational unit at the FBI headquarters in Washington, DC. This was all done without a subpoena.

One anonymous source stated: “It was done outside the legal process and without probable cause. Facebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.”

The private messages were shared as “leads” to FBI field offices around the U.S. which then requested subpoenas from the partner U.S. Attorney’s Office in their district to obtain the private conversations they had already been provided with by Facebook.

However, when the Facebook users were investigated, they were not found to be involved in anything criminal or violent. One source stated: “It was a waste of our time.”

All of the Facebook users red-flagged as possible terrorists were “conservative right-wing individuals,” one source said. “They were gun-toting, red-blooded Americans [who were] angry after the election and shooting off their mouths and talking about staging protests. There was nothing criminal, nothing about violence or massacring or assassinating anyone.”

The source continued: “As soon as a subpoena was requested, within an hour, Facebook sent back gigabytes of data and photos. It was ready to go. They were just waiting for that legal process so they could send it.”

Erica Sackin, spokesperson for Communications, Dangerous Organizations and Individuals at Facebook (now known as Meta), denied the allegations, stating:

These claims are false because they reflect a misunderstanding of how our systems protect people from harm and how we engage with law enforcement. We carefully scrutinize all government requests for user information to make sure they’re legally valid and narrowly tailored and we often push back. We respond to legal requests for information in accordance with applicable law and our terms and we provide notice to users whenever permitted.

But in an “updated statement,” Sackin changed her language to say that the claims were “wrong,” not “false.” The adjusted statement reads:

These claims are just wrong. The suggestion we seek out peoples’ private messages for anti-government language or questions about the validity of past elections and then proactively supply those to the FBI is plainly inaccurate and there is zero evidence to support it,” said Sackin, a DC-based crisis response expert who previously worked for Planned Parenthood and “Obama for America” and now leads Facebook’s communications on “counterterrorism and dangerous organizations and individuals.

Quote of the Day

For biotechnology and biomanufacturing to help us achieve our societal goals, the United States needs to invest in foundational scientific capabilities.  We need to develop genetic engineering technologies and techniques to be able to write circuitry for cells and predictably program biology in the same way in which we write software and program computers; unlock the power of biological data, including through computing tools and artificial intelligence; and advance the science of scale‑up production while reducing the obstacles for commercialization so that innovative technologies and products can reach markets faster. — The White House

AFL Demands Records Relating to the Government’s Suppression of Ivermectin Treatment for COVID-19

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to obtain records relating to the suppression of Ivermectin to treat COVID-19 by federal government bureaucrats.

A new study from August 31, 2022 reveals that regular use of Ivermectin as “prophylaxis for COVID-19 led up to a 92% reduction in COVID-19 mortality rate,” and the “hospitalization rate was reduced by 100% in regular users compared to both irregular users and non-users.” Yet, Dr. Fauci, the FDA, and the allied media continuously warned against Ivermectin use to fight COVID-19. In fact, the media smeared Ivermectin use by painting it as an anti-parasite “horse drug,” when Ivermectin for livestock differs from Ivermectin for humans. We now know that Ivermectin is highly successful for early outpatient treatment of COVID-19, and yet, since the origins of the pandemic, the government suppressed and deterred its use.

Last month, AFL filed a FOIA request to uncover the government’s suppression of Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) for COVID-19 treatment. The American people have a right to know why government officials and so-called “trusted” experts like Dr. Fauci suppressed HCQ and Ivermectin, and whether these coordinated discouragement campaigns were politically or financially motivated.

Statement from America First Legal’s Senior Counselor and Director of Oversight Reed D. Rubinstein:

From the beginning, and without any supporting data, Dr. Fauci and other state and federal bureaucrats have tried to deny the public access to ivermectin. Fauci and the rest should have followed the science – ivermectin helps many people suffering from COVID-19. AFL is determined to uncover why the government and its media allies tried to deny Americans access to this potentially life saving drug,” Rubenstein said.

You can take this to the bank: Lord Fauci and his organization conducted the gain of function experiments right here in the good ol’ USA until he got busted by the Obama administration who told him to cease and desist the testing. Instead, this low-life human scum transferred the experiments to the Wuhan Lab in China, from where the virus escaped. THIS PANDEMIC IS ON FAUCI!!

Then, to make matters an order of magnitude worse, the low-life Fauci, in collusion with Big Pharma and the FDA, pushed through an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for an untested vaccine that has had horrendous adverse events worldwide.

To make matters even worse, the lying low-life Fauci worked with the CDC, the Biden cabal, and Big Pharma to ban the use of early treatments like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine despite very encouraging results from brave doctors. The reason: If they allowed those two early treatment drugs, it negated the EUA for the vaccine, which is only allowed IF THERE ARE NO OTHER KNOWN TREATMENTS. This allowed Big Pharma to fleece America and the world out of trillions of dollars, and also line Fauci’s pockets as well as those of his so-called researchers.

Fauci, his researchers, Collins of the NIH, Big Pharma, and so many others are CRIMINALS and they must pay for their crimes. And America First Legal is going after them. – The Liberator

Europe Commits Suicide by Sanctions

Ron Paul, The Ron Paul Institute for Peace & Prosperity

A Swiss billboard is making the rounds on social media depicting a young woman on the telephone. The caption reads, “Does the neighbor heat the apartment to over 19 degrees (66F)? Please inform us.” While the Swiss government has dismissed the poster as a fake, the penalties Swiss citizens face for daring to warm their homes are very real. According to the Swiss newspaper Blick, those who violate the 66 degree heating limit could face as many as three years in prison!

Prison time for heating your home?

In the “free” world?

How is it possible in 2022, when Switzerland and the rest of the political west have achieved the greatest economic success in history, that the European continent faces a winter like something out of the dark ages?

Sanctions.

While long promoted – often by those opposed to war – as a less destructive alternative to war, sanctions are in reality acts of war. And as we know with interventionism and war, the result is often unintended consequences and even blowback.

European sanctions against Russia over its invasion of Ukraine earlier this year will likely go down in history as a prime example of how sanctions can result in unintended consequences. While seeking to punish Russia by cutting off gas and oil imports, European Union politicians forgot that Europe is completely dependent on Russian energy supplies and that the only people to suffer if those imports are shut down are the Europeans themselves.

The Russians simply pivoted to the south and east and found plenty of new buyers in China, India, and elsewhere. In fact, Russia’s state-run Gazprom energy company has reported that its profits have increased by 100 percent in the first half of this year.

Russia is getting rich while Europeans are facing a freezing winter and economic collapse. All because of the false belief that sanctions are a cost-free way to force other countries to do what you want them to do.

What happens when the people see dumb government policies making energy bills skyrocket as the economy grounds to a halt? They become desperate and take to the streets in protest.

This weekend thousands of Austrians took to the streets in a “Freedom Rally” to demand an end to sanctions and the opening of Nord Stream II, the gas pipeline on the verge of opening earlier this year. Last week an estimated 100,000 Czechs took to the streets of Prague to protest NATO and EU policy. In France, the “Yellow Vests” are back in the streets protesting the destruction of their economy in the name of “defeating” Russia in Ukraine. In Germany, Serbia, and elsewhere, protests are gearing up.

Even the Washington Post was forced to admit that sanctions on Russia are not having the intended effect. In an article yesterday, the paper worries that sanctions are inflicting “collateral damage in Russia and beyond, potentially even hurting the very countries that impose them. Some even worried that the sanctions intended to deter and weaken Putin could end up emboldening and strengthening him.”

This is all predictable. Sanctions kill. Sometimes they kill innocents in the country targeted for destruction and sometimes they kill innocents in the country imposing them.

The solution, as always, is non-intervention. No sanctions, no “color revolutions,” no meddling. It’s really that simple.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell says FBI seized his phone at Hardee’s drive-thru

Mike Lindell
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell said the FBI seized his phone.

Allie Griffin, New York Post

MyPilllow CEO Mike Lindell said FBI agents pulled up to his car in a Hardee’s drive-thru in Minnesota and seized his phone — apparently as part of the Justice Department’s investigation into 2020 election interference.

The pro-Trump conspiracy theorist retold the dramatic moment live on his show the Lindell Report Tuesday — claiming his phone was seized and he was served a subpoena.

Lindell said he and a pal decided to pick up food at a Hardee’s in his hometown of Mankato after a fishing trip when three cars pulled up and surrounded his vehicle, blocking him from exiting the drive-thru lane.

“I said to my buddy, I said ‘that’s either a bad guy or it’s FBI’,” Lindell said on his show, according to a clip posted on the conservative news site The Post Millennial.

The pillow entrepreneur said the agents began peppering him with questions about Colorado, Colorado clerk Tina Peters — who faces felony charges related to a security breach of her office’s election equipment — and the Dominion voting machines.

Last February, Lindell was sued by Dominion Voting Systems for accusing the company of “stealing millions of votes” and rigging the 2020 presidential election.

From his own retelling, Lindell seemed to have dared the agents to arrest him.

“I said, ‘You know, you guys, are you going to arrest me?’” Lindell said on his show. “I said ‘I’ve been asking for you guys. This will make international news!’”

The officers eventually informed Lindell they had “some bad news” and told him they had a warrant to confiscate his cell phone, he said.

“I said ‘If I don’t give it to you, will you arrest me then?’” Lindell said he asked the agents, noting that he runs “five companies” off his phone because he apparently doesn’t have a computer.

However, after calling a lawyer, Lindell said he handed over his phone.

Lindell, known as the “My Pillow guy” from his TV commercials, is not the only Trump ally to have their phone seized by the FBI in recent days.

Agents for the Justice Department seized the phones of longtime Trump adviser Boris Epshteyn and campaign strategist Mike Roman, the New York Times reported Monday.

The department also issued about 40 subpoenas over the past week — a sign that it is intensifying its criminal probe into the former president’s role in attempts to steal the election.

Biden Scrambles For Damage Control After Disastrous Inflation Report

ZeroHedge

After bragging just four weeks ago that the economy had “zero percent inflation” in the month of July (looking at cherry picked month-over-month figures which completely ignored the highest food price inflation since 1979), President Biden issued yet another insultingly stupid statement in response to Tuesday’s extremely hot CPI print which sent markets into turmoil and rate hike expectations shooting higher.

And so just minutes after markets began puking in response to today’s CPI, Biden claimed that “Today’s data show more progress in bringing global inflation down in the US economy,” adding “Overall, prices have been essentially flat in our country these last two months.”

Of course, as we noted earlier when one looks behind the curtains – this is the 27th straight month of rising inflation, including a particularly painful 11.4% increase in the food index YoY – its largest 12-month increase since the period ending May 1979. The ‘food at home’ index rose 13.5%, its largest 12-month increase since the period ending in March 1979.

And – to be expected, Biden is cherry-picking the least moldy strawberry out of the basket – bragging that “Gas prices are down an average of $1.30 a gallon since the beginning of the summer” (thanks to the admin draining our strategic petroleum reserve). Yet, it’s still up 76% from when Biden was elected.

Biden also claims that “real wages went up again for a second month in a row,” when in fact they are down for 17 straight months on a YoY basis.

And now – just four weeks after bragging about “zero inflation,” Biden says “It will take more time and resolve to bring inflation down, which is why we passed the Inflation Reduction Act to lower the cost of healthcare, prescription drugs and energy. “

JPMorgan Chase President Daniel Pinto helped with damage control on Tuesday, saying in a post-CPI statement that US consumers are in a “very very good place,” despite revolving consumer credit card balances increasing (and personal savings as a % of disposable income dropping).

A ‘very very good place’

Momentum killer?

As Bloomberg notes, Tuesday’s report may have hobbled Democrats going into midterms.

Falling gas prices and two major legislative victories have boosted Democrats’ once improbable bid to retain their House and Senate majorities in the November midterms. So had early signals that red-hot inflation may be easing. But Tuesday’s price growth report will dampen Democrats’ hopes that the worst may be behind them. -Bloomberg

And as Bloomberg further notes, Biden’s ‘strategy’ may also be upended by “the possibility of a rail strike that could snarl supply chains, disrupt agricultural deliveries and cost the US economy more than $2 billion a day. The Biden administration is pressuring labor unions and freight-rail operators to agree on a new contract before a Friday deadline.”

Sure…

I continue to repeat myself…This is what you get when incompetent criminals steal a presidential election. These are all self-inflicted wounds brought to you by a buffoon and his clown car cohorts. Nov. 8th: Payback! – The Liberator

“This is a Full-Blown Political Purge”

THIS WILL NOT WORK. Biden & Co. are so far underwater that they are desperately trying to change the subject to “Domestic Terrorism”, and anyone who disagrees with Biden’s failed policies and corrupt practices is a domestic terrorist. LMAO. Reminder to Joe: two-thirds of Americans are conservatives. You’re going to get your ass kicked, Dems. Your only chance is to cheat again, but I’m betting the vote against you will be so overwhelming that you won’t be able to cheat your way out of it this time. – The Liberator

Mark Warner is as Dull as a Butter Knife

Senate Intelligence chair says it’s ‘stunning’ that over 20 years after Sept. 11, attacks on the symbol of democracy are ‘not coming from terrorists’ but from ‘insurgents’ at the Capitol on Jan. 6

Sarah Al-Arshani, Insider

Senate Intelligence chair Mark Warner said it’s “stunning” that 21 years after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, “the attack on the symbol of our democracy” hadn’t come from foreign threats but from within the US.

“I remember, as most Americans do, where they were on 9/11. I was in the middle of a political campaign and suddenly, the differences with my opponent seem very small in comparison and our country came together. And in many ways, we defeated the terrorists because of the resilience of the American public because of our intelligence community, and we are safer, better prepared,” Warner told CBS’s “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan.

“The stunning thing to me is here we are 20 years later, and the attack on the symbol of our democracy was not coming from terrorists, but it came from literally insurgents attacking the Capitol on January 6th,” he added.

Warner said that he felt the country is “stronger,” and the “intelligence community has performed remarkably,” compared to 21 years ago.

“I think the threat of terror has diminished,” he said.

However, he added that he’s concerned about internal threats.

“But I do worry about some of the activity in this country where the election deniers, the insurgency that took place on January 6th, that is something I hope we could see that same kind of unity of spirit,” he said.

We are not the election deniers, Marky Mark, you are! You stole the election. Period. And there was no insurgency, it was a protest, and it was far less violent than the summer-long George Floyd/BLM riots that you supported. You are a clueless, brainless, dangerous, lying political puppet who simply says what he is told to say.

There is absolutely nothing the Left will not do or say to gain an advantage. NOTHING! If you ever forget that, you will do so at your peril.
